Repair or replacement of any defective
jewelry items within 30 days of
purchase.

On-line purchases

Full refund for jewelry items
returned in saleable condition within
30 days of purchase. This policy does
NOT apply to in-store purchases.

Timepieces

All timepieces carry extended warranty
by the manufacturers. Venetian will
assist the consumer in sending the
items for repair under the factory
warranty.
