When you shop at venetianjewelers.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, the cost of your product(s) will be refunded and the shipping back is on us! Please read about how to return an item and about the terms and conditions of our return policy below:

To return an item you must call us at 1-866-399-4367or send us an email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.
Defects reported with in 30 days of purchase and verified by our customer service center will be repaired. Upon inspection of the merchandise, Venetian Jewelers may opt to offer a replacement. All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fees.

Venetian Jewelers will only accept appraisals done (within 30 days of purchase) by independent certified appraiser, who does not buy or sell loose precious stones or jewelry.
Returned items must be in the original packaging it was shipped with all accessories included. If it is not, we will not issue any credit.
All returned items will be inspected upon delivery. We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged, lost, improperly packaged, or misdirected and we will not issue any credit on them.
Any items that were special ordered, installed, custom made are not returnable.
Return shipments received without prior authorization will not be credited. This authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box

All watches sold by Venetian Jewelers are covered by the manufactures international warranty and therefore are not returnable. In the event of service needs please refer to the manufacture’s authorized service center.
